Life Coaching
You know something needs to change. You're just not sure what, or how. Our coaching is structured and forward-focused, and helps you get clear on what you want and start moving toward it.
Coaching is about where you're going.
Therapy and coaching are different things, and both have their place. While therapy tends to look at what's happened and how it's affecting you, coaching is primarily forward-focused: where do you want to go, what's in the way, and what moves do you need to make to get there.
Our coaching is done by people who also understand psychology and neurodivergence, so if past experiences or mental health are relevant, we can hold that context. But the focus is on building a life you want to be in.
Life coaching suits many neurodivergent people, who often have big ideas and strong capability but find that executive function and self-doubt get in the way of moving forward.
Coaching works well when
- You're at a crossroads and need clarity
- You know what you want but can't get started
- Self-doubt and fear are getting in the way
- You're building a life that fits your neurodivergence
- You want accountability and strategic support
Pick the area that sounds like yours.
Life coaching covers three big areas: career, relationships and purpose.
Career & Work
Finding direction, changing course and building a career that suits your brain, for neurodivergent people and anyone at a crossroads in their working life.
Explore →Relationships
Building, repairing or leaving a relationship. We work on your patterns, your communication and what you want from connection.
Explore →Purpose & Direction
For when something feels off and you don't know why. We work on values, identity and what matters to you.
Explore →How coaching works
Getting clear on where you are
An honest stocktake of where you are now, what's working, what isn't, and what you want, without the noise of other people's expectations.
Defining what you're working toward
Getting specific about what change looks like. You get concrete direction, so you know when you're getting there.
Identifying and working through blockers
What's getting in the way? Fear, self-doubt, executive function, unresolved experiences from the past, we work through it strategically.
Taking action with accountability
Building momentum through concrete steps, accountability between sessions, and adjusting the plan as things evolve.
Work out what you want, then build a path toward it.
NDIS & fee-for-service
Forward-focused
Coaching is about building what's next and keeping the momentum forward.
NDIS funded
Life coaching can be funded under Improved Daily Living for eligible participants. We'll explain your options.
Neuro-informed
Our coaching understands ADHD, autism and PDA, and builds strategies around how your brain works.
No corporate speak
We skip the buzzwords and five-year plans and do practical work on what matters to you.
Cost, eligibility & getting started
What it costs
Life coaching sessions follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits when funded through the NDIS. What you pay depends on the type of session and whether it's a weekday, evening, or weekend booking.
Life coaching also sits outside the NDIS for a lot of people, and it's just as common to access it privately, self-funded, without any NDIS involvement at all. Whatever the path, cost is always confirmed with you in writing before anything starts.
Am I eligible?
Life coaching can be funded under NDIS Capacity Building, most often Improved Daily Living, and Improved Relationships where the focus is more relational. If your plan includes that funding, it's worth checking with your support coordinator or plan manager.
Because coaching often sits outside strict diagnostic categories, plenty of people access it privately instead, and that's a common way in. You don't need a diagnosis to start.
Where we work
We're based in Thomastown and work across greater Melbourne, north, west, and east. Sessions are also available online, so you can join from anywhere.
Some of our coaching support extends into regional Victoria too.
How to start
Reach out by phone, our contact form, or email, whatever's easiest. The first conversation is about what you're looking for, with no obligation.
From there we match you with the right coach, and your first session is usually booked within a few business days. You set the goals, we help you get there.
Knowing something needs to change is step one. Let's do the rest.
Clarity and action. That's what coaching delivers.
